- CTRL+P

Paint weights
- Skeleton + mesh

- CTRL+LCLICK to select bones
Pose settings
- select skeleton in object mode

Adjust pose
- Select skeleton
- Select Pose Mode
- Use G, S, R for adjusting bones
- Use ALT+G, S, R for resetting to rest position
